Can it be okay to purchase a musical instrument ?

Well, I do want to purchase a starter flute and that I appeared on craigslist. I'm on a novice and a budget. If purchasing a flute is secure, I simply have no idea. If it's dangerous, are you able to provide me a location that offers great flutes to get a great cost? I'm on the limited budget. Thanks.

Janet,

Purchase from a reputable dealer and you should not have any problems. How do you know if a dealer is reputable? Google for reviews. Contact the BBB in their area to see if there has been any complaints against them but more importantly how did they handle any complaint.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a musical instrument online. I'd have to hold it, try it out, and you just can't do that online. So look for a local dealer. Reputable dealers offer guarantees because they have a reputation to protect.

Cheers.

Wow, such kind of question is really new in IM QA community, but you can buy musical instruments from virtual stores if they aren't expensive, so you take some risk but it's ok if you have some issue with that purchase.

But I agree with TradeView, if you can buy from a local retailer, you'll be more secure and it won't cost so much.
